Dr. Saxena, representing the trust Temple of Healing, developed the innovative Cleansing Therapy, Apna Ilaaj Apne Haath (Heal Yourself with Your Own Hands), which is currently under review for recognition by the Ministry of Health, New Delhi.

He also authored the book Life of Eunuch and filed a landmark PIL advocating for transgender rights, leading to several significant achievements for the marginalized community.

Recognizing the complexities of adoption laws in India, Dr. Saxena held extensive discussions with the Ministry before filing a PIL in the Hon’ble Supreme Court. His relentless efforts simplified the adoption process, bringing joy to countless orphans and adoptive parents alike.
